MONTREAL (CityNews) – Starting today, Montrealers aged 70 years and older can now begin receiving their COVID-19 vaccines.

Bookings for the inoculation sessions began last week.

If eligible, appointments can be booked online at quebec.ca/vaccincovid or by phone at 1-877-644-4545.

It has not yet been announced when the next age group can begin to register for vaccines. The province says the vaccination of children and pregnant women will be determined based on future studies of vaccine safety and efficacy in those populations.
