Shots fired in Greenfield Park, no injuries: Longueuil police

A man in his 20s was shot at on Sunday night in Greenfield Park in Longueuil.

He was not hit, but police have launched an investigation to shed light on the incident.

At around 7 p.m., the Service de police de l’agglomération de Longueuil (SPAL) was called to Greenfield Park, where gunshots had been heard.

According to preliminary information, the man in his 20s, known to police, was the target of the shots fired near Springfield and Oak streets, but was not hit.

Police were deployed to locate the suspect(s).

The investigation continues.
