Suspect rams stolen car into Montreal police cruiser
An 18-year-old suspect allegedly drove a stolen vehicle into a Montreal police (SPVM) cruiser and injured two officers in Pointe-Claire on Sunday.
The SPVM received a call to 911 around 3 p.m. about a stolen SUV, and officers located the vehicle on Portway Ave., near Hermitage Ave.
When officers went to intervene, the suspect allegedly crashed into the police cruiser, causing major damage.

The suspect then fled on foot but was located by the K9 unit in the nearby area.
Two officers suffered minor injuries but were not taken to hospital.
The 18-year-old suspect is expected to appear in court on Monday.
