A fatal collision occurred Saturday evening in Saint-Sauveur, in the Laurentides region.

A man died after being involved in a motorcycle accident involving two other vehicles in the Principale Street area.  

Around midnight, the motorcyclist, a man in his 50s living in Saint-Sauveur, reportedly lost control of his vehicle before hitting two other vehicles, which were stationary. 

His death was confirmed at a local hospital. 

“An analysis of the scene was conducted to understand the causes and circumstances surrounding the incident. Speed ​​could be a contributing factor to the swerve,” said Ève Brochu-Joubert, spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec.

The investigation is still ongoing.
