Murder of ‘Bobby the Greek’: SQ issue warrant for Laval resident

An arrest was warrant issued for a man suspected of being involved in the daytime shooting death of an alleged leader of a highly influential organized crime group in Laval.

Charalambos Theologou, 40, known as ‘Bobby the Greek,’ was shot and killed at a Starbucks off Highway 440 in Chomedey on Oct. 1, 2025.

Two other men with him were injured.

The Sûreté du Québec issued an arrest warrant for Denis Beaupré on Tuesday.

They say the 54-year-old Laval resident has been missing since Oct. 5.

Beaupré is also suspected of intentionally discharging a firearm without regard for the life or safety of others.

The SQ conducted an operation on a property and in a residence in Vankleek Hill, Ont., on May 6 in connection to the disappearance.

Beaupré is described as five-foot-11, weighing 200 lbs., with blonde-red hair and blue eyes.
