Loto-Québec offers chance to win Celine Dion Paris concert tickets

Fans hoping to see Celine Dion’s highly anticipated return to the stage in Paris will have a new way to try their luck.
Loto-Québec announced Monday the launch of its new Diva in Paris scratch ticket, with two grand prizes that include a trip for two to the French capital and tickets to Dion’s Sept. 25 concert.
Each prize package, valued at about $25,000, includes round-trip airfare from Montreal, four nights’ accommodation, a $5,000 cheque, luggage, dinner at the Eiffel Tower restaurant and a Seine River cruise.
The lottery corporation says the ticket is designed to give players a chance to attend one of the year’s most in-demand shows while enjoying a Paris vacation.
One grand prize will be awarded through a draw for players who uncover a “$1,000 + draw” prize on the Diva in Parisscratch ticket. A second winner will be selected from eligible online lottery purchases made between Aug. 1 and Sept. 12.
The scratch ticket goes on sale Monday and will be available for the next six weeks.
