English-speaking customers denied service at restaurant’s drive-thru

“It feels unwelcoming that you can’t speak your own language,” says Molly Wilken, who was denied service by McDonald’s employees as she and her friend tried to place an order in English at the drive-thru. She recorded the incident, and is now speaking out about it. Alyssia Rubertucci has the story.
