Montreal metro needs $585M over 3 years to stay on track

“We cannot delay,” says STM Chair Éric Alan Caldwell, as a new report shows nearly half of metro stations are in poor condition. The STM needs $585 million over three years to stabilize service and avoid shutdowns. Johanie Bouffard reports.
