Montreal SPCA seeing record number of pet abandonments

"This is part of a trend we've been seeing over the past few years," says Sophie Gaillard, director of animal advocacy at the Montreal SPCA, as they're experiencing a record high of pet abandonments - up 32 per cent compared to last year.
