Tumbler Ridge mass shooting inquiry to investigate 'systemic issues': B.C. Coroner

British Columbia’s chief coroner Dr. Jatinder Baidwan called for an inquest into the deadly mass shooting at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in February, to investigate systemic issues that could have prevented the tragedy.
