Montreal unveils new one-stop animal services hub with Proanima

“Chosen based on our expertise,” said Proanima executive director Anny Kirouac at the inauguration of the its new Montreal facility. Since Jan. 1, Proanima has taken over municipal animal services previously handled by the SPCA. Lola Kalder reports.
