Greater Montreal ERs overwhelmed as wait times climb

"An ER should not be a place where you wait for 20 hours," said patient rights advocate Paul Brunet on ERs in Montreal and across Quebec being put under pressure, with some hospitals operating at more than double their capacity. Lola Kalder reports.
