Coroner: Montreal woman died of hypothermia during Hydro outage

"Lost the love of his life over electricity going out," said Dawn Lambing about neighbour Kelvin Padmore losing his wife Sheila during the Hydro-Québec outage in January. A new coroner's report determined she died of hypothermia. Lola Kalder reports.
