MONTREAL (CityNews) — A confidential report is calling on the Quebec government to forbid Angela Mancini, chair of the English Montreal School Board, from running for any future school elections, stating that Mancini is intolerant of opinions that differ from her own.
CityNews obtained a copy of the report by a source who wishes to remain anonymous.
Mancini filed a psychological harassment complaint in January against the EMSB, alleging that she faced harassment over a four-year period.
In their report, the firm says Mancini had gone to great lengths to hide, deny, misrepresent, manipulate, and blame others for her wrongdoings, along with accusing Mancini of violating the board’s policies on harassment, ethics and professional conduct.
They’re calling on the CAQ government to take “unusual, but necessary steps” to bar Mancini from running in the upcoming November election.
