MONTREAL (CityNews) — Quebec is allowing a total of 3,500 people to attend festivals and events as of Thursday — whether they are indoor or outdoor.

The previous high was 2,500.

That means Game 3 of the Canadiens-Golden Knights third-round NHL playoff series will see an additional 1,000 fans allowed to watch the game at the Bell Centre.

They will be divided into 14 sections of 250 people each.
