The SPVM says 18-year-old Andrei Donet appeared at the Montreal courthouse and was charged with several counts including second-degree murder of the teen, who was stabbed to death outside his school October 18.

It was the city’s 25th homicide of the year.

Days after the stabbing, a minor was also charged with second-degree murder.

Police say they’re continuing the investigation to identify a third person suspected of being involved.
