Quebec public health press conference to update COVID-19 situation

Quebec’s interim public health director, Dr. Luc Boileau, will hold a 1 p.m. press conference to update the province’s COVID-19 situation.

It’s expected that he’ll address the mask mandate, set to expire for public spaces April 30.

This, as cases, deaths, and hospitalizations continue to rise in the province.

Dr. Boileau will be joined by Associate Deputy Health Minister and Quebec’s top hospital official, Dr. Lucie Opatrny.
