Montreal International Jazz Festival unveils programming, June 30 to July 9

The 42nd Montreal International Jazz Festival is ready fill the downtown core with music and unveiled its lineup on Tuesday.

From June 30 to July 9, there will be indoor and outdoor shows for all – with many free – in the Quartiers des spectacles.

Many seasoned performers – and many new to the jazz scene – will be there.

Tasha Sultana will have the kickoff show at Place des festivals on June 30 at 9:30 p.m.

Corinne Bailey Rae will be performing on July 1.

Montreal’s own Bran Van 3000 is celebrating it’s 25th anniversary with a free outdoor show July 8, also at 9:30 p.m.
