Montreal’s first snowfall expected this week

The first snowfall is expected to hit much of Quebec this week and some regions are already under snow since the weekend.
According to Environment Canada, the Greater Montreal area and Southern Quebec should receive snow on Wednesday, but it is still too early to say how much.
They issued a special weather statement for:

“A system from Texas could give the first accumulations of snow over southern Quebec on Wednesday. However, since the temperatures will be near the freezing mark and the system’s track is still uncertain, it is still too early to say how much snow is expected.”
Eastern Quebec is already under a white blanket. For example, in Sept-Îles, 12 centimeters of snow fell over the weekend.
Quebec’s North Shore is expected to receive up to 15 centimeters, on Monday.
