Quebec Amber Alert cancelled after 1-year-old child found safe

A Conservative no-confidence motion, quoting Jagmeet Singh's own criticisms of Justin Trudeau has failed to pass, with the NDP voting against it. The NDP leader says quoting him is just the Conservatives playing games.

"She's been such a big, huge part of our lives," says Naomi DiRago, an Ontario woman whose car was stolen from a Montreal parking lot with her dog still inside it. The vehicle was later found but Bella remains missing. Alyssia Rubertucci reports.
