New dates: Madonna performing rescheduled Bell Centre shows in January

New dates for Madonna’s Montreal shows were announced Tuesday, following the singer’s recent suspension of activities for health reasons.
The American singer had been scheduled to perform Aug. 19 and 20 at the Bell Centre as part of her “Celebration” tour, and ticket holders had been asked to hold on to their tickets until new dates were announced.
Evenko announced Tuesday Madonna would be performing at the Bell Centre on Jan. 18 and Jan. 20, 2024.
Last month, Madonna said she was concentrating on her health and a possible return to the stage after a “serious bacterial infection” which had led to her being hospitalized in an intensive care unit for several days.
The “Celebration” tour will officially kick off with four concerts in London in October, followed by shows across Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands throughout the rest of 2023.
The North American leg of the tour begins Dec. 13 in Brooklyn, at the Barclays Center.
