If you’ve ever wanted to own a home with 50 rooms — yes, 50 — one has just hit the market in Montreal.
Guy Laliberté, is a Canadian billionaire who co-founded Cirque du Soleil in 1984. He has recently put his Outremont home up for sale.
While the number of rooms might pique the interest of many homeowners, the price tag of $13,880,000 might not.
The home, built in the 1930s and renovated between 2007 and 2009, comes with 10,134 square feet of living area and another 15,660 square feet of land.
The home is located on a slope of Mount Royal and has five levels.
It also features eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, four powder rooms, a gym, a 10-person home theatre, a fully-equipped bar, a billiard room, a DJ booth, a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator, and a galley kitchen with two gigantic Sub-Zero refrigerators.
