Sun and cloud, below zero temperatures expected for New Year’s Eve and Day

Montreal seeing periods of rain on Friday and temperatures still mild with a high of plus three and a low of minus one.
A few flurries overnight expected to last into Saturday morning then mainly cloudy as the mercury begins to dip with lows of minus six.
Sun and clouds expected on New Year’s Eve, with a high of minus three and a low of minus 10.
Clear, sunny skies to start off 2024 and a high of minus six degrees on Monday.
A mix of sun and clouds in the forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday, with evening flurries possible both days. Temperatures will be back above zero on Jan. 2, but then dipping down to minus two the next day.
Partly sunny on Thursday and a 40 per cent chance of snow and a high of minus four.
