Driver shot at multiple times in Laval parking lot

Laval police are investigating what they say is an attempted murder after a driver was shot multiple times in broad daylight while he was inside his vehicle in a parking lot.

A 911 call coming in just after 1 p.m. about the incident at strip mall near De L’Avenir and Saint-Martin.

Officers found a 33-year-old man shot.

He was taken to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
