Two EMSB schools remain closed due to flooding

#UPDATE 4:45 p.m.: Both Bancroft and MIND will remain closed on Tuesday, EMSB officials tell CityNews.
On Monday morning, the English Montreal School Board (EMSB) announced that Bancroft Elementary School and MIND High School are both closed due to a “major water leak” in the building.
“This affects all students and staff,” the EMSB wrote in a post on their Facebook page.
“There will be no childcare services,” they added. “And all offices will be closed.”
The EMSB adds that they will keep their stakeholders informed of repairs, and the timetable to reopen.
