Montreal police seek suspect in Plateau Mont-Royal shooting

Police say several shots were fired around 7:10 p.m. Saturday in the Plateau-Mont-Royal – on Henri-Julien Avenue near Laurier Avenue.

Police received a report of gunshots and discovered a bullet hole in the door of a home.

There were no reported injuries, according to SPVM spokesperson Jean-Pierre Brabant.

A security perimeter was set up on Henri-Julien between Laurier and Boucher Street.

A suspect had still not been identified by Saturday evening.
