Three vehicles set on fire in Saint-Hubert

Three vehicles were set on fire in Saint-Hubert overnight. 

According to Longueuil police (SPAL), the fire broke out around 12:45 a.m. in the parking lot of mechanic on Chemin de Chambly, at the corner of Caumartin Street.

Officers had few details, but indicated that “the events (lead them) to believe that the fire was arson.”

No one was injured and no damages were reported to the business, just contained to the vehicles.

A security perimeter was set up to allow an analysis of the scene.

As of Friday morning, SPAL says there have been no arrests made in connection to this case.
