Pilot suffers minor injuries in plane crash east of Montreal

By The Canadian Press

A plane crashed in the middle of Trois Lacs in Val-des-Sources, in the Eastern Townships, Saturday afternoon.

The pilot of the small glider-type aircraft was hospitalized for minor injuries

The Sûreté du Québec has not opened an investigation since it considers the crash was an accident caused by a false manoeuvre by the pilot.

The Trois Lacs are a body of water shared between Val-des-Sources, Wotton, Saint-Rémi-de-Tingwick and Tingwick.
