Montreal’s La Ronde kicks off its 2024 season

By News Staff

Montreal thrill-seekers who have missed the twist and turns of the Monster, or the sudden drop of the Orbit, are in luck.

La Ronde amusement park opened its doors – and its nearly 40 rides – to the public Saturday morning.

“What a beautiful park opening!” La Ronde wrote on its Facebook page. “We are happy to see so many of you at the annual ribbon cutting. Have a nice weekend to all our visitors.”

New this year at the Six Flags Entertainment Corp.-owned amusement park, according to their website, is DinoParc, an experience dedicated to the extinct reptiles.

The fireworks shows at the park kick off June 27.
