Triplex and restaurant targeted by gunfire in Laval

Two shootings in Laval overnight – targeted a residential building and a restaurant in Chomedey.

Laval police (SPL) first received a call about a shooting at a triplex on 100th Avenue, near Cléroux Blvd.

When officers arrived, they found bullet holes on the front door of the building, but no injuries were reported.

Later, at around 3 a.m., gunshots were fired at a commercial building located on Saint-Martin Blvd. West, near Hébert Street.

The glass door of the Poulet Crispyz restaurant had bullet impacts on it when police arrived.

There were no reported injuries.

No arrests have been made in either case and the investigation is ongoing.

According to the SPL, there is no connection between the two incidents.
