A bar in Verdun was targeted by suspected arsonists for the second time since the weekend.
Montreal police (SPVM) received a 911 call around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday about a smashed window in a building on Wellington Street, between Hickson and Regina.
Officers say the suspect(s) then threw an incendiary object inside the bar.

A fire erupted, but the flames went out on their own and caused minor damage.
There was no one inside the building and there were no reported injuries.
A security perimeter was established to allow investigators time and space to analyze the scene.
The SPVM said the bar was the target of a similar incident over the weekend.

On Saturday, at around 4:30 a.m., SPVM were called to the scene as suspects allegedly smashed the front door of the same establishment and set it on fire, before fleeing on foot.
Again, the fire extinguished itself and the damages were minor.
No arrests have been made in either incident so far.
