Hot weather continues in Montreal

Montrealers will continue to feel the heat, as temperatures are expected to continue to reach 30 degrees in the upcoming days.
On Thursday, a high of 30 degrees with a humidex of 37, and a low of 20. Later in the evening, a 30 per cent chance of rain.
Warm weather continues Friday, with sunny skies, and feeling like 37 degrees. A low of 21, with more showers expected at night.
Environment Canada is forecasting rainfall on Saturday, with a high of 29 and a low of 19.
On Sunday, the sunshine returns with 27 degrees and a low of 19.
Similar weather on Monday with more sun, a high of 30 and a low of 21.
Montrealers should be aware of heat stroke and how to avoid it, including staying hydrated, reducing physical effort especially outdoors when the sun is peaking, and to avoiding alcohol and coffee.
