IN PHOTOS: English Montreal students head back-to-school

Students are heading back to the classroom across Montreal’s English schools Thursday.

This was the scene in the school yard on the first day of school at Parkdale Elementary in Saint-Laurent.

Excited children and parents were welcomed by teachers there for the new school year.
