Montreal police (SPVM) are asking the public for help to locate a missing Saint-Leonard mother and son – Lucia Giovanna Arcuri, 76, and Giuseppe Arcuri, 59.

Giuseppe was last seen on Oct. 15 around 9:30 a.m. in a restaurant on Perras Blvd., near Rodolphe-Forget Blvd., in the Rivière-des-Prairies (RDP).

According to the police, he made “disturbing” comments before his disappearance.

The last contact with Lucia also took place on Oct. 15 by telephone.

She reportedly suffers from memory loss and left without her medication and cane.

“It is not in her habit to leave her house,” said the SPVM in a press release.

Investigators believe that the woman and her son are together, and relatives fear for their health and safety.

Lucia has red chin-length hair, blue eyes, and wears prescription glasses. She’s 5 feet 5 inches, and speaks French, English and Italian.

Giuseppe had short grey hair and blue eyes. He’s 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 265 pounds. He also speaks French, English and Italian.

He was last seen wearing a black coat without a hood, along with a black shirt and pants.

Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or their local police station.
