Suspect arrested by Longueuil police after 10 businesses broken into in 2 hour span

A 28-year-old man was arrested early Sunday morning by Longueuil police after allegedly breaking into 10 businesses in Greenfield Park and Saint-Hubert on Saturday night.

The suspect was on a bicycle and is now believed to have committed the crimes within a two-hour span.

Police detained him at around 2:30 a.m., and he may face charges including breaking and entering, possession of burglary tools, drug possession, and breach of conditions.

Investigators are probing his connection to other break-ins in the area.
