Fatal collision on Highway 40 near Côte-Vertu exit

A person is dead after a collision on Highway 40 eastbound at the Côte-Vertu exit on Monday morning, according to multiple media reports.

It reportedly happened around 9:30 a.m.

According to TVA Nouvelles, the male driver was speeding in the wrong direction on the highway when he collided with a car and a semi-trailer truck.
