Attempted murder in Île-Perrot: SQ

Sûreté du Québec (SQ) say a man in his 50s was the victim of an attempted murder Sunday night in Île-Perrot.
Emergency services were called around 9:30 p.m. to a residence on 24th Ave., near Boischatel Street.
Upon arrival, police located the victim inside a home with significant injuries – possibly gunshot wounds.
He was transported to hospital where he remains in critical condition.
No one else was injured and no possible suspect(s) identified so far, according to the SQ.
An investigation is ongoing.
