Attempted murder of a 24-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman in Laval

A 27-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were shot and injured on Thursday night in a residential area of Laval.
Laval police were called around 11:30 p.m. for shots fired in an apartment building on Croissant-des-Roselins, in the Champ-Fleury neighbourhood.
When they arrived on the scene, police found a woman suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body and a man with lower body injuries.
The two victims are believed to be a couple. They were transported to a hospital and their injuries are considered non-life threatening.
The crime scene has been secured and investigators and forensic identification technicians are meeting with witnesses of the attempted murder.
No suspects have been arrested so far in the case.
