Get ready for an unforgettable celebration of pop culture as Laval and Montreal Comiccons 2025 bring together celebrities, cosplay, and collectibles for two action-packed weekends of fun.

Laval Comiccon

After its launch in 2019 by the team behind Montreal Comiccon, the second edition of Laval Comiccon returns April 26-27, following a long post-pandemic hiatus.

Fans will once again gather at L’Enclave de la Place Bell, where 25,000 square feet of space will be filled with entertainment for all. The event will celebrate pop culture, sci-fi, horror, anime, gaming in all its forms, as well as bande dessinée and comic books.

Laval Comiccon is a prime destination for collectors, with over 100 retailers and artists set to be present. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a selection of comics, manga, toys, movies, clothing, original artwork, and other unique collectibles.

Those looking to work on their heroic and artistic abilities can also participate in various conferences and workshops and ask questions.

As if that weren’t exciting enough, Lou Ferrigno, the Incredible Hulk, will be attending the convention both days. Fans will have the chance to take photos with him and get autographs from the man who defined everyone’s favourite green monster.

Later that night, get ready for the Masquerade, a costume contest where both professional and amateur cosplayers will compete, showcasing their creativity and skills.

Some of Canada’s most renowned cosplay groups will also be present. Attendees will come face-to-face with Darth Vader’s 501st Legion, as well as the heroes and villains of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Fans are invited, but not required, to attend Comiccon dressed as their favourite characters from movies, TV, video games, and comics.
