A brand-new Perinatal and Family Wellness Centre is officially open in Montreal’s NDG. At the heart of this new space are two passionate young moms who’ve dreamed up a warm, welcoming hub for growing families — whether you’re expecting, navigating the ups and downs of parenthood, or just trying to make it through everyday life with a bit more balance.
With a dedicated team of therapists and wellness pros on site, visitors can expect personalized support, thoughtful guidance, and helpful resources. All in a space that feels more like a cozy community than a clinic.
“It’s like a second home, the kids are super comfortable,” said Christine Tsuyuki, mother of two kids and client at Saulestice. “The massage is like a little bonus on top of the fact that it’s just a friendly environment and everyone is just here to help.”
With Arielle’s background as an athletic and massage therapist and Adeline’s background as a perinatal nurse and doula, they were the perfect match to open Saulestice, which took a little over a year to come to fruition.

“We wanted something that we just found ourselves, we were running all around the city to find specialists so we kind of wanted something that was in our neighborhood where we live and all together in one space,” said Arielle Rousseau, athletic and massage therapist and Saulestice co-founder.
The project began with Arielle and Adeline, but now includes a team of eight expert professionals, and recently a grief counselor also joined the team to help women and families cope with miscarriages or difficult pregnancies.
“We have osteopaths, we have naturopaths, naturopathic doctors so we all work with everybody so it is you know we specialize in the perinatal period but we also work with the whole family and everybody and beyond, so children, grandparents,” said Rousseau.
These experts offer a variety of services such as massage therapy, athletic therapy, nursing services, doula accompaniment, lactation consulting and breast pump rental, as well as workshops and home visits.
“We have hospital grade breast pumps, so we are renting them,” said Adeline Lemas, perinatal nurse, doula and co-founder of Saulestice. “People can come or we also offer the possibility to go at home and show how the pumps work,” she added.
Saulestice’s mission is to support women, couples and young parents with anything they made need, from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, menopause and beyond.
“Depending on what they need they can book all their appointments online and we offer workshops so the sort of get-together is every Fridays and it’s actually hosted by Adeline so if anyone has questions she can help them,” Rousseau explained.
