Longueuil elementary school teacher accused of luring dozens of teenage girls

By News Staff

A Longueuil elementary school teacher allegedly lured up to 40 teenage girls over 10 years.

Back in March, Longueuil police (SPAL) requested help from the public in identifying potential victims of online luring by Kyle Le Huquet.

The 37-year-old was arrested on Feb. 27 in the Saint-Hubert area.

He is also known by the following usernames: thebizzoman, bizzo and bizzo8.

According to La Presse, Le Huquet is charged with 10 counts of possession and production of child pornography, extortion, and luring minors.

Le Huquet, fired following his arrest, was an English as a Second Language teacher since 2013 at the Marie-Victorin school service centre on Montreal’s South Shore.

He allegedly also traded child pornography from school.

According to the SPAL, last month, Judge Magali Lepage refused to release Le Huquet pending trial due to his risk of reoffending.

Hundreds of child pornography files have reportedly been identified.

The case is set to return to court next May.
