Overnight closures on Bonaventure Expressway scheduled in Montreal

Motorists in Montreal should prepare for overnight closures on the Bonaventure Expressway on Monday due to road marking work.
In the direction of downtown, the highway will be fully closed from Exit 2 to Wellington Street between 10:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29. Drivers will be detoured via Exit 2, des Moulins Avenue, Riverside Street, Mill Street, Bridge Street, and Wellington Street.
Heading toward the Samuel De Champlain Bridge, the expressway will be closed between Wellington Street and the Victoria Bridge from 11:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the following morning. The detour route includes Wellington, Bridge, des Irlandais, and Carrie-Derick streets.
Officials urge drivers to plan their routes accordingly and allow extra time for travel.
