Les Francos de Montréal, along with their new official presenting partner Rogers, unveiled their programming on Tuesday for this year’s festival.

The 36th edition is ready to bring thousands together in the heart of Montreal’s cultural life: the Quartier des Spectacles.

From June 13 to 21, the festival will once again celebrate local culture and the vibrant spirit of French-language music.

The festival is proud to offer a series of vibrant, popular, and free, high-flying outdoor programming.

Headliners include:

  • GIMS
  • Jay Scøtt
  • Lou-Adriane Cassidy
  • P’tit Belliveau
  • Tiken Jah Fakoly
  • Clara Luciani
  • Grand Corps Malade
  • Salebarbes

“We’ve been able to put together a lineup that gathers international artists, some up and coming young local artists, and some legends from outside Quebec – we’re very proud of this programming this year,” said Maurin Auxéméry, the director of programming at the Francos de Montréal.

On Tuesday, the festival also announced a new multi-year partnership with Rogers.

“The Francos de Montréal team is delighted with this new collaboration with Rogers, a partner who naturally shares our vision of an inclusive and unifying event,” said Auxéméry.

“Thanks to Rogers’ support, we will continue this year to offer a rich, diverse, and accessible French-language program to hundreds of thousands of music lovers.”

Through this partnership, Rogers supports the festival’s inclusive mission by facilitating the distribution of free music, serving the community, while also lending a helping hand to the next generation of artists in the music industry.

As part of the new agreement, the festival’s main stage has been renamed the Rogers Stage.

“Rogers’ commitment to Quebec begins with a tangible presence at the heart of its cultural life,” said Édith Cloutier, Rogers’ regional president of Quebec.

“Partnering with Francos de Montréal is much more than supporting a festival. It’s supporting a vibrant celebration of the French language and the creativity of local artists.

“Stay tuned, but it’s going to be super exciting. June will bring a lot with les Francos, we’ll be very present on site. They’ll be some hosting, but you will feel Rogers everywhere because we have ‘la scene principale’ which is Rogers, so it will be very exciting.”

Rogers Communications is the parent company of CityNews.
