Mangled lumps of charred metal, broken glass and melted rubber.

That’s what was left of several vehicles that were heavily damaged after a fire broke out early Tuesday in the parking lot of a business in Montreal North.

The Montreal police (SPVM) arson unit is investigating, but no incendiary object was found.

At least 10 vehicles were damaged in the blaze.

The building itself appeared to sustain some minor damage, with some shattered windows and the business’ sign appearing to have gone up in flames. Police confirmed to CityNews property damage was considered minor.
