As October draws to a close, Montrealers are in for a week starting with sunshine but possibly ending with spooky conditions as rain is being forecasted for Halloween.
Monday to Wednesday are expected to bring mostly sunny skies with highs near 10°C and 11°C.
This dry, crisp fall air looking perfect for any last-minute pumpkin carving or decorating.
Wicked weather then starts to trickle in on Thursday, with Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) predicting rainfall with a daytime high of 8°C.
Those showers looking like they will linger into Friday, meaning Halloween night could be a damp one for trick-or-treaters.
As of now, ECCC forecasting a daytime high of 11°C for Oct. 31 — then cooling down at night with a low of 5°C.
