21-year-old man found dead in a Longueuil parking lot

Longueuil police (SPAL) are investigating the death of a 21-year-old man who was found dead in a parking lot in Longueuil early Sunday morning.

Police say they found the body in a commercial parking lot located on Roland-Therrien Boulevard and Antoinette-Robidoux Street.

They had been called earlier by Blainville police to assist in the search of a missing person.

The 21-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene and his body was transported to hospital, according to SPAL spokesperson Jacqueline Pierre.

No suspects were arrested.

SPAL Major Crimes Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.
