REM service to start later this weekend for airport extension work

Riders of the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) will need to adjust their travel plans this weekend as the network will open later.

On both Saturday and Sunday, the first departures will be at 7:30 a.m. between Brossard and Deux-Montagnes stations.

On the A3 – Anse-à-l’Orme branch, service will begin at 10:00 a.m., with the first departures from Bois-Franc and Anse-à-l’Orme stations.

The same schedule will also apply for the next weekend Aug. 15 and 16.

The weekend schedule changes are part of work tied to the network’s planned extension to Montréal–Trudeau International Airport ongoing since June.
