Sunshine before showers return this weekend in Montreal

Montrealers woke up Friday to some lingering clouds after a thunderstorm roiled the city a day before.

The work week ends with cloudy skies slowly clearing as the day progresses. Friday’s daytime high will be 23 Celsius and a low of 13 C.

Saturday is forecast to be sunny becoming a mix of sun and cloud by the afternoon, with a high 24 C and a low 18 C.

Forecasters say Sunday will be cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of showers throughout the day. Temperatures will see a high of 21 C and a low of 14 C.
