St-Henri bar & restaurant shut down for selling take-out

Loïc, a wine bar & restaurant in St-Henri turned to take-out & delivery in hopes of surviving the COVID-19 pandemic, but Montreal police have since shut that down because they are licensed as a bar. Tina Tenneriello explains.
