Non-essential services will remain closed until May 4

Quebec Premier François Legault has decided to extend the closure of non-essential businesses to May 4th. The province adding 19 additional death on Sunday, for a total of 94. Quebec also introduces “Panier Bleu” to promote local businesses. Melina Giubilaro reports.
